At Ampere, we understand the challenging times of the COVID-19 crisis. But with strength, hope, and support of each other we will overcome this. We must maintain this strength for our families, our community and our world, as together, we will overcome anything.
Back in February 2020, we have already issued our warehouse and office staff members in the USA to wear proper face mask upon entering work. We also took it further by updating our restrooms and installing proper soap dispensers for our warehouse and office staff. As for our manufacturers, you can rest assured that proper social distancing and cleanliness has already been issued and enforced.

We are doing our best to practice social distancing in our office. Due to our limited working hours, our refund process will be delayed up to 10-14 business days. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we will try our best to ensure that your refunds are securely returned.
Is it safe to order from us?
Though we understand the concern of COVID19, you can rest assured that our warehousing staff is properly equipped to not only protect our staff but you as well. Ever since February 2020, we have ensured that all warehouse members wear proper gloves and face mask when procuring an order.
Will my shipment be delayed?
Our warehousing staff is still operating as normal. Our primary B2C shipment is done through USPS. At the current moment USPS is having a delay on their shipment. As for B2B our primary shipment is done through UPS and at the current moment UPS is operating normally.

Our Customer Service is working from home for security reasons, but our advisors are always at your disposal to answer your questions and offer you the best service possible.
