    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    When you see an item you like, click on "Add To Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Shopping Cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout now" to finish. Furthermore, you can also add additional quantities by inputting the amount that you want to order.

    HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
    After you click "Place Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed within 1-2 business days. You can expect to receive your package in approximately 5 to 7 business days from the date the package shipped.
    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
    We are able to cancel an order immediately following submission and during the processing time frame. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel.
    CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
    If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept all returns 30 days after purchase for exchange or store credit. Money back will be available only for damaged products. All shipping fees will be paid by the buyer, except for damaged items
    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to see your order status.
    Pending: The money didn't received Processing: We've received your order and it's getting ready to be shipped Complete: The order was shipped On Hold: Foe orders over the phone that are not paid yet.
    MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED?
    We track all our orders using shipping tracking number, If you haven't received your order within 10 days from your purchase, please give us a call and we'll do our best to track your package. We will take full responsibility for lost packages.
    AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT?
    We do the best we can for things like that will never happened, but since we're only human, you'll have to forgive us for missing items on large orders, Give us a call or drop us an email and we'll ship the missing item right away.
    HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
    We ship all orders using UPS and USPS For large orders we prefer UPS for safety. Please choose the best option that fit you while you checkout.

    DO YOU ACCEPT DROP SHIPPING?
    We do accept drop shipping for online stores, but we wont approve anyone. Please email us sales@amperecreations as much information about your store to get approved.
