    Every Product at Ampere Creations is crafted with the greatest care. Nevertheless, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items following our exchange and return policy. Here below are the most frequently asked questions:


    Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

    A: You may return your item(s) within 30 days* from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please note that the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached and purchased from website. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

    Q: How do I initiate a return?

    A: Initiating a return is simple. Please contact our customer service at 323-261-5777, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions on how to return your item(s).


    Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?

    A: We accept returns on most items, but there are a few exceptions. Sales, discounted, clearance, Final Sales, markdown or special-order items and Evening bags are not eligible for refund or exchange.

    All returned items must be undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached.

    If any returns do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to process the refund and we will contact you to return the product to you. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.


    Q: Will I be charged for return shipping?

    A: In most cases, return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. However, if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.


    Q: How long will it take to receive a refund?

    A: Once we receive your returned item(s) and the item(s) meet(s) the return requirement, please allow up to 7 -10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Ampere Creations.


    Q: Can I return an item purchased online to a physical store?

    A: Unfortunately, each retail store’s assortment and buying are independent making return in store not possible.


    Q: Can I return an item purchased in a physical store to you?

    A: Purchases from other authorized Ampere Creations resellers must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return the product(s) to the original place of purchase, please contact our customer service at 323-261-5777, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST for further assistance.


    Q: What if I received a damaged or defective item?

    A: We do our best to ensure each product is crafted to the highest standard. But mistakes are human, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at / 323-261-5777, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST within 48 hours of receiving your order with the details and photos of the damage of defect. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund.
